Details of the Job/Internship
Chakr Innovation is hiring a Legal Advisor with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate, employment, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and criminal law matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and support business decision-making.
- File and manage criminal or civil complaints when required.
- Coordinate with departments to identify and reduce legal risks.
- Manage relationships with external legal consultants.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure legal compliance.
- Monitor and interpret changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing internal policies and procedures.
Eligibility
- 5+ years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm or in-house role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
