Choudhary International Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of legal advisor with 4-5 years of experience to join them in their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to the company on a variety of matters, including contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Handle litigation processes and statutory filings.
- Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the business.
Eligibility
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in legal advisory or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures.
- Experience in drafting contracts and handling compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
