Code Brew Labs is hiring a Legal  Advisor with 2+ years of experience to jon their office. in Mohali. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, laws, and regulations.
• Provide legal counsel on company policies and procedures.
• Represent the company in legal matters and liaise with external counsel when required.
• Conduct research on legal issues and keep the company updated on legal and regulatory changes.
• Handle litigation cases, disputes, and settlements as necessary.
• Develop and maintain corporate legal documentation, including contracts, agreements, and intellectual property records.

Eligibility

•  Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• 2+ years of experience working in corporate legal matters, preferably in IT or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of corporate laws, legal documentation, and litigation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in legal research and drafting.
