Details of the Job/Internship
Confident Group is hiring a Legal Advisor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law to join their office in Bengaluru. This is a non-litigation role. Kannada language proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor legal risks in real estate documentation and advise clients.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions.
- Draft and negotiate real estate transactions.
- Draft routine leases, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), Memorandum of Understanding, sale deeds, and amendments.
- Ensure appropriate approvals before execution of real estate transactions.
- Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
- Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties.
- Support legal and general advisory needs for a large-scale real estate portfolio.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate law.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, lease transactions, property management, purchase and sale transactions, and litigation.
- Proficiency in Kannada (speak, read, and write).
- Good understanding of foreclosure.
- Analytical thinker with strong research and conceptual skills.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
