Earthyan is hiring a Legal Advisor with experience of 0–2 years to join their operations in Manali–Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up a company in Manali or Himachal Pradesh.
- Advise on business registrations, licenses, and local compliance requirements.
- Support structuring of operations within state-specific regulations.
- Assist with relocation or expansion of company operations to Himachal Pradesh.
- Draft, review, and simplify contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Provide guidance on property transactions in Himachal Pradesh.
- Advise on local land laws, restrictions, eligibility rules including Section 118, due diligence, documentation, and registrations.
- Liaise with local authorities, registrars, and stakeholders.
- Ensure transactions are compliant, transparent, and efficient.
- Adopt a solutions-first approach to legal and regulatory challenges.
- Work creatively within legal frameworks to achieve outcomes.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, and government offices when required.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates are eligible.
- Curious, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Creative, practical, and action-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with Himachal Pradesh, especially Kullu–Manali, is preferred.
- Ability to navigate local processes and offices.
