Emmar Business Consultants Associates is hiring a Legal Advisor to join their office in Kozhikode with a hybrid working arrangement.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on business and corporate matters.
• Prepare, review, and draft legal documents and contracts.
• Handle labor and employment law-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Advise on legal issues impacting business operations.

Eligibility

• In-depth knowledge of law with expertise in labor and employment law.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and legal advisory services.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A law degree or relevant legal certification from a recognized institution.
• Experience in corporate or business legal advisory services is preferred.
