Details of the Job/Internship

European Travel Group is hiring a Legal Advisor to join their office in Jaipur. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Legal Advisor will provide legal advice and support to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves preparing and reviewing legal documents, addressing legal issues, advising on labour and employment laws, and assisting in resolving legal disputes. The Legal Advisor will work closely with internal departments to assess risks and propose legal solutions for ongoing projects and contracts.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.
• Address legal issues and advise on labour and employment matters.
• Assist in the resolution of legal disputes and challenges.
• Collaborate with internal departments to evaluate legal risks and propose solutions.

Eligibility

• Knowledge and expertise in law and legal issues.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and providing legal advice.
• Experience and understanding of labour and employment law.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from an accredited university.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Prior experience in the travel industry or corporate legal advisory is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
