Govche India Private Limited – Kanakkupillai is hiring a Legal Advisor with experience of 4+ years to join their office in Chennai, Adambakkam. The role involves legal drafting, contract management, handling legal proceedings, compliance matters, and providing expert legal advice. The position also requires strong exposure and hands-on experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), including Trademark, Copyrights, Patent, and Company Law.

Role and Responsibilities

Legal drafting and review of contracts and agreements.
Managing legal proceedings and compliance matters.
Providing expert legal advice and consultation.
Handling matters related to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
Ensuring legal risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility

LLB or LLM.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of legal documentation and proceedings.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
Exposure in IPR, Trademark, Copyrights, Patent, and Company Law is mandatory.
