Details of the Job/Internship

HDFC Bank is hiring an RC – Legal Appraiser for Vadodara with 2–8 years of experience. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Appraise title documents for legal clearance of individual customers and builder projects.
• Coordinate with channels and builders for pending documents and verify originals.
• Attend PAC meetings and advise PAC members on legal issues.
• Handle compliance, court-related matters, and correspondence from customers.
• On-board panel advocates and manage lawyers, providing updates on policies and processes.
• Draft and structure agreements to be executed by customers and builders.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for internal use.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM.
• 2–8 years of relevant experience in retail lending or mortgages.
• Knowledge of legal appraisal, contract drafting, and compliance procedures.
