Hi Living Homes is hiring a Legal Advisor with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in JP Nagar, 8th Phase, Bengaluru. The role involves ensuring that all real estate operations comply with legal standards and regulations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to management and various departments on real estate and corporate matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate property-related documents such as sale deeds, agreements, MoUs, and lease agreements.
- Conduct legal due diligence for land or property before acquisition or development.
- Handle legal notices, property disputes, and coordinate with external advocates when required.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and other applicable real estate laws.
- Maintain updated legal documentation and property records.
- Represent the company before legal authorities or government offices as needed.
- Stay updated with new laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting real estate.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the real estate or property law sector.
- Strong knowledge of land laws, RERA, and registration processes.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
