Details of the Job/Internship
House of Swamiraj is hiring a Senior Legal Advisor (Advocate) with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Thane.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents including Developer Agreements, PoA, Notices, Complaints, and MoUs.
- Provide legal advice on corporate, civil, and criminal matters.
- Coordinate with external counsel, government departments, and authorities.
- Manage legal documentation, compliance, and case follow-up.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings when required.
- Draft and review contracts and agreements for real estate projects.
- Address property disputes, compliance issues, and regulatory matters.
- Handle labour and employment law matters and support internal teams in resolving disputes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- Valid Bar Council registration.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Advocate.
- Proficiency in legal principles, procedures, and documentation.
- Strong drafting skills in Marathi and English.
- Experience in real estate or construction legal roles preferred.
- Knowledge of civil and criminal law.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Typing skills in Marathi and English preferred.
