Details of the Job/Internship

HYI.AI is hiring a Legal Advisor with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Koramangala, Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and intellectual property.
• Offer strategic counsel on corporate legal matters, regulatory frameworks, and risk management practices.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop, review, and refine SOPs to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations, especially in the tech and IT sector.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Legal Advisor, preferably in the tech or IT industry.
• Strong expertise in corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in drafting and implementing SOPs.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.

Salary/Stipend
