Details of the Job/Internship

HYI.AI is hiring a full-time Legal Advisor with 2.5–5 years of corporate law experience to join their Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate matters in India and globally.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports and memoranda.
• Collaborate with departments and train staff on legal matters.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel.

Eligibility

• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid license to practice law.
• 2.5 to 5 years of experience in corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and global compliance.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
