Details of the Job/Internship

HYI.AI is seeking a Legal Advisor with 3–5 years of experience to support the company’s strategic and operational growth for its Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and IP (domestic & international).
• Advise on corporate legal issues, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ensuring compliance.
• Stay updated with evolving laws, especially those impacting the tech and IT industry.

Eligibility

• LLB degree with 3–5 years of experience as a Legal Advisor, preferably in tech or IT.
• Expertise in corporate and contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to draft and implement SOPs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
