INDOBRIGHT Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Advisor in Ahmedabad to manage litigation, legal documentation, compliance, and advisory services.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent the organisation in courts, tribunals, and legal proceedings.
- Draft, review, and file legal cases, petitions, affidavits, agreements, and contracts.
- Coordinate with police stations regarding FIRs, investigations, complaints, and legal follow-ups.
- Draft and respond to legal notices, show-cause notices, and court communications.
- Provide legal advice and opinions to management on civil, criminal, labor, and corporate matters.
- Monitor case progress and maintain case records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Coordinate with external advocates, courts, and government departments.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM is an advantage.
- Licensed to practice law in India.
- 1+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
