Infodigix is hiring a Legal Manager with 2–7 years of experience in home loans, mortgage, or housing finance. The role involves property due diligence, mortgage documentation, compliance, and providing legal support to business, credit, and operations teams.
Role and Responsibilities
- Scrutinise property-related documents including title deeds, sale deeds, 7/12 extracts, property cards, index II, and tax receipts.
- Conduct title verification and legal due diligence to ensure clear, marketable property titles.
- Draft, vet, and execute loan agreements, mortgage deeds, and other legal documents.
- Liaise with empanelled advocates for legal opinions and property reports.
- Ensure compliance with housing finance regulations and company policies.
- Provide legal advisory support to business, credit, and operations teams.
Eligibility
- Law Graduate (LLB).
- 2–7 years of experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage / Housing Finance.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, mortgage documentation, and non-litigation legal work.
- Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
