Health supports healthcare development through integrated planning, engineering, and project delivery.
Details of the Job/Internship
Infra. Health is hiring a Legal Advisor with 5–8 years of experience to join its office in Baner, Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on PPP projects, EPC contracts, and government tenders.
- Draft, review, and negotiate MOUs, concession agreements, EPC contracts, NDAs, joint venture agreements, lease deeds, and SLAs.
- Develop and implement corporate legal policies, SOPs, and compliance protocols.
- Advise management on statutory compliance, regulatory updates, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitration, or negotiations when required.
- Coordinate with external law firms and government authorities for legal matters and documentation.
- Conduct legal research and interpret laws applicable to healthcare infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, and commercial laws.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in corporate legal advisory roles.
- Experience in PPP or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian corporate, contract, arbitration, and healthcare laws.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
