Details of the Job/Internship

Infra.Health is hiring a Legal Advisor with 5-8 years of experience to join their office in Baner, Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory on all matters related to PPP projects, EPC contracts, and government tenders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate MOUs, concession agreements, EPC contracts, NDAs, joint venture agreements, lease deeds, and service-level agreements.
• Develop and implement internal corporate legal policies, SOPs, and compliance protocols.
• Advise management on statutory compliance, regulatory updates, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitration, or negotiations when necessary.
• Coordinate with external law firms and government agencies for case handling and documentation.
• Conduct legal research and interpret complex legal frameworks applicable to healthcare infrastructure.
• Ensure company operations are aligned with current corporate, labor, and commercial laws.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law (LLB or LLM) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in corporate legal advisory, preferably in PPP or infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience in legal drafting, policy creation, and review of corporate documents.
• Strong understanding of Indian laws including the Companies Act, Contract Act, Arbitration Act, and healthcare-related regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Exposure to healthcare infrastructure and hospital EPC contracts is preferred.
• Ability to draft clear, compliant, and enforceable legal documents and internal policies.
• Ability to manage cross-functional legal issues across public and private stakeholders.
• High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
