Details of the Job/Internship

ISR Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Advisor to join their office in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Role and Responsibilities

• Scrutinizing property documents and conducting due diligence of documents.
• Conducting title search.
• Coordinating with land owners, discussing with owners to obtain required documents, and vetting documents for clearance of title.
• Drafting agreements, MoU, rental agreements, lease deeds, sale deeds, and other documents related to property.
• Having knowledge of online services in Karnataka relating to property matters.
• Coordinating with bankers, advocates, and customers to resolve queries raised by them.
• Coordinating with the CRM team and preparing sale agreements, sale deeds, and other such documents.
• Applying for documents through online services.
• Handling any other documentation requested by the management.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
