Details of the Job/Internship
JR Compliance is hiring a Legal Advisor for its Madipur office, responsible for managing litigation support, corporate advisory, legal documentation, and compliance activities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal opinions and strategic advice on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, notices, and pleadings.
- Assist in litigation matters, coordinate with external counsel, and prepare case documents.
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with latest laws and regulations.
- Support dispute resolution and risk mitigation efforts.
- Maintain accurate legal records and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
