Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts and agreements.
• Manage legal proceedings and compliance matters.
• Provide legal advice and consultation.
• Handle Intellectual Property Rights matters.
• Ensure legal risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of legal documentation and proceedings.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
