KAS UK Consultants Ltd is hiring a Legal Advisor to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves providing comprehensive legal advice and managing client cases independently while ensuring adherence to professional standards.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide professional legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters.
- Manage personal caseloads from inception to completion.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including forms, letters, and emails.
- Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
- Represent clients in negotiations and mediations when required.
- Liaise with solicitors, barristers, and other professionals on behalf of clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with professional standards and regulations.
- Contribute to internal knowledge development and training.
Eligibility
- Relevant legal qualification (LLB, LLM, LPC, or CILEX).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage an independent caseload and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software.
- Proven track record in client relationship management.
- Fluency in Urdu and Hindi.
