Details of the Job/Internship
LotusFlare is hiring a senior legal professional with 10+ years of experience in telecom and enterprise software to support its global operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate software licensing, SaaS, partnership, and service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with telecom regulations, data privacy laws, cybersecurity requirements, and export controls.
- Identify legal risks and support dispute resolution, including managing external counsel.
- Protect intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and open-source compliance.
- Advise on corporate governance, employment law, and internal compliance policies.
- Conduct legal due diligence and support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
Eligibility
- J.D. or equivalent law degree with bar admission in a relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, or technology transactions.
- Strong experience in telecoms and enterprise software deals.
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS agreements, telecom regulations, and international business law.
- Experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, and intellectual property matters.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.
