Details of the Job/Internship
MantraCare is hiring a Legal Advisor to join their office in online mode. The role involves providing legal consultation and strategic advisory services in compliance with Indian laws, with a focus on managing legal risks, supporting corporate governance, and guiding clients and internal teams on legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, employment, and civil matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with Indian statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support dispute resolution and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Advise management on governance, compliance, and policy matters.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions.
- Stay updated on Indian legal and regulatory developments.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Enrolment with the Bar Council of India (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Indian corporate, labour, and regulatory laws.
- Experience in legal advisory or compliance roles preferred.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
