Details of the Job/Internship

MantraCare is hiring a Legal Advisor (India) with 3+ years of experience to support its business operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on Indian corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with Indian legal and regulatory requirements, including labour and data protection laws.
• Advise management on legal risks and business decisions.
• Support dispute resolution, litigation strategy, and coordination with external counsel.
• Assist with corporate governance, policy development, and compliance frameworks.
• Monitor legal developments in India and assess their impact on business operations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal advisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian legal and regulatory frameworks.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
