Details of the Job/Internship

Meenakshi Highlife Infra Projects is hiring a Legal Advisor to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, providing legal advice, addressing complex legal issues related to real estate projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to handle labour and employment law matters and dispute resolution.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents.
• Provide expert legal advice and address complex legal issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with human resources and project management teams.
• Handle labour and employment law matters.
• Assist in dispute resolution.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); an advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and real estate law.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents with attention to detail.
• Experience in identifying legal issues and providing sound legal advice.
• Understanding of labour and employment law.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is highly desirable.

Salary/Stipend
