MineChem is hiring a Legal Advisor to join their office in Riyadh. The role involves providing strategic legal advice to senior management on corporate and operational matters, particularly in relation to international business activities and mining operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on corporate and operational matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and international agreements.
- Support the company in managing legal risks related to mining operations and cross-border activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Assist in structuring partnerships, joint ventures, and investment agreements.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Review and develop internal legal policies and procedures.
Eligibility
- Proven experience as a Legal Advisor or Legal Consultant for a group of companies.
- Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international contracts and agreements.
- Previous professional experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and international business law.
