Mittal Brothers Private Limited is hiring for the position of Legal Advisor with experience of 1-4 years to join their Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
- All documentation work related to sales deeds, correction deeds, drafting, and other legal work is required.
- Dealing with Legal issues of Clients by coordinating with advocates & internal team.
- Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area.
- Documentation work pertaining to land sales & purchase.
- Resolve issues arising between Property Owners and the transformation Team.
- Compile reports about particular incidents, events, or updates about an important issue for the business.
- Registration work.
