Details of the Job/Internship
Mittal Brothers Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive with hands-on experience in real estate documentation and property registration to join its Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet real estate documents including Sale Deeds, Agreements to Sell, Lease Deeds, Leave and License Agreements, MOUs, Development Agreements, and Powers of Attorney.
- Handle end-to-end property registration and coordinate with Sub-Registrar Offices.
- Conduct title searches, legal due diligence, and verification of property documents.
- Ensure timely execution and registration of agreements.
- Liaise with external advocates, consultants, government authorities, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate legal records and documentation of property transactions.
- Monitor compliance with RERA, Stamp Duty laws, the Registration Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Assist in resolving legal notices, disputes, and property-related issues.
- Support management with legal opinions and risk assessment for new projects.
- Track updates and changes in real estate laws and regulations.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognised university.
- Strong drafting and documentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of real estate laws and registration procedures.
- Experience in dealing with government offices and legal authorities.
- Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or developer firms preferred.
- Knowledge of Maharashtra property laws is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
