Mittal Brothers Pvt Ltd is hiring for the position of Legal Advisor with 2-5 years of experience to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitor and update management on changes in laws, regulations, and compliance requirements affecting the organization.
• Conduct property due diligence, including title searches, title reports, and verification of ownership documents.
• Provide legal opinions and advisory support on operational, commercial, and compliance-related matters.
• Represent the company before courts, revenue authorities, statutory bodies, and tribunals for litigation and dispute resolution.
• Draft and file legal briefs, pleadings, petitions, and related litigation documents.
• Manage, track, and report on ongoing disputes, arbitration, and claims.
• Prepare detailed legal opinions, memoranda, and status reports for management.
• Coordinate with external counsel, consultants, and government authorities as required.
• Collaborate with business, finance, and project teams to ensure legal strategies align with organizational objectives.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); Master’s in Law (LL.M.) preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate legal practice.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, contract law, RERA, and redevelopment projects.
• Hands-on experience in title verification, due diligence, IGR, and 7/12 extracts.
• Proven experience in litigation and representation before courts/revenue authorities.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide strategic legal support.
