Mittal Brothers Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Advisor – Real Estate with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Deccan, Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes impacting real estate.
- Review and negotiate contracts and agreements for legal compliance.
- Conduct title search, due diligence, and prepare title reports.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings including revenue and court cases.
- Draft legal briefs, pleadings, and litigation documents.
- Provide legal support on redevelopment projects.
- Manage litigation, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to address legal issues.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- Valid state bar admission and license to practice law.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate law.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, and handling legal disputes.
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
