Details of the Job/Internship

Mittal Brothers Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal Advisor with 4–7 years of experience in real estate legal advisory to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with the RERA Act in coordination with RERA legal consultants and the management committee.
• Monitor and track ongoing RERA legal matters with regular updates to senior management.
• Assist in the RERA registration process by coordinating with consultants and verifying project documentation.
• Provide updates and filings related to project professionals, progress, society formation, and project handover.
• Draft real estate and legal documents such as Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Power of Attorney, MoUs, LOIs, and Commercial Lease Agreements.
• Review legal documents for accuracy and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders for finalization.
• Collaborate with CRM, Sales, and Finance teams to complete project registrations.
• Provide legal support to CRM teams for customer queries and verify drafts before regulatory submission.
• Offer legal advice on internal and customer-related matters, contracts, and negotiation strategies.
• Handle legal correspondence and review official legal communications.
• Review and verify mortgage deeds and loan documents, and coordinate with relevant personnel.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or higher degree in Law from a recognized institution.
• Additional certifications in RERA compliance or property law preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in real estate legal advisory, RERA documentation, and property law.
• Strong understanding of the RERA Act and related compliance frameworks.
• Excellent drafting and document reviewing capabilities.
• Proficiency in legal research, statutory interpretation, and legal correspondence.
• Familiarity with real estate processes, registration portals, and legal tools.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to multitask and meet strict regulatory deadlines.
• Confidentiality and professional ethics in handling sensitive legal matters.
