Details of the Organization
North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC) is an operating company for the North Caspian Sea Production Sharing Agreement (NCSPSA). NCOC is based in Atyrau, Kazakhstan. The agreement includes seven companies consisting of KazMunayGas, Eni, ExxonMobil, Shell, TotalEnergies (16.81% each), China National Petroleum Corporation (8.4%), and Inpex (7.56%).
Details of the Job/Internship
NCOC is hiring a Legal Advisor with experience of 3 years to join their office in Kazakhstan.
Eligibility
- University law degree
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Solid business English language
- 3 years of PQE are a must. Preferred: solid experience in contracts & procurement
- Legal support (Roman/common law; complex contracts like EPC and alike);
- Experience with international companies (and the international culture) and working in the production sharing agreements environment.
- Aptitude to work within a multicultural and multi-stakeholder environment.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good communication skills both orally and in writing.
