Nibav Home Lifts is hiring a Legal Advisor with 4-6 years of experience to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal notices, contracts, MoUs, and internal policies in accordance with applicable laws.
- Review, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements and vendor contracts.
- Prepare Written Statements and other documentation for litigation and legal proceedings.
- Monitor and follow up on ongoing legal cases involving the company.
- Resolve internal legal queries and escalations efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal support across departments.
Eligibility
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in corporate legal functions or in-house counsel roles.
- Strong command over contract law, case management, and corporate compliance.
- Proficient in legal drafting, document review, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
