OM Sakthi Constructions is hiring a Legal Advisor to join its office in Chennai. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice, handling labor and employment law matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents.
• Provide legal advice and handle legal issues related to labor and employment law.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Work closely with various departments to provide legal support and guidance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Expertise in law and legal advice.
• Experience in legal document preparation and handling legal issues.
• Knowledge of labor and employment law.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
