Oneway Visa Consultants is hiring for the position of Legal Advisor to join their office in Kharar, Punjab.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide accurate legal advice to management and clients.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents and agreements.
- Address labor and employment law matters and ensure adherence to relevant statutes.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and national laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve legal concerns promptly.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field.
- Proven experience in legal advisory and document preparation.
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Prior experience in the education consultancy industry is an advantage.
