OpenDG is hiring for the position of Legal Advisor to join their Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent the company and its clients in Hyderabad courts and handle legal matters.
- Manage external legal corporate clients and maintain strong relationships with vendors, product suppliers, stockists, and stores.
- Provide timely legal advice on contracts, agreements, and compliance issues.
- Develop and enforce legal strategies for corporate governance, wellness programs, and health-related product regulations.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and terms of business.
- Liaise with external clients and stakeholders to ensure legal obligations are met.
- Provide ongoing legal counsel to the company, vendors, and customers.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure legal risks are minimized and handled efficiently.
- Stay updated with relevant laws and legal trends affecting the wellness and nutritional industry.
Eligibility
- Bar license and ability to practice law in Hyderabad.
- Proven experience in corporate law, product supplier agreements, and client relations.
- Experience in handling wellness, health, and nutritional consultancy legal matters is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to provide clear, concise legal advice.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work from the office in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
