Details of the Job/Internship

Palladium is hiring Legal Advisor with the experience of 10 years to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive review of existing laws impacting digital agriculture, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, Mapping Policy, and Data Sharing and Accessibility Policies.
• Provide specialized legal advice on the intersection of these laws with the proposed digital agriculture policy.
• Suggest legal frameworks or amendments necessary for the effective implementation of the digital agriculture policy.
• Assist in drafting policy clauses to ensure legal compliance and protect stakeholder interests.

Eligibility

• 10 + years of relevant experience in the field of legal consultation, preferably in management consulting and policy making.
• LLM / Masters degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in working with in the policy making space.
• Candidates who have worked on similar government projects will be preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Candidates experienced in working with bilateral and multilateral organisations, especially The World Bank will be given preference.
• Demonstrated experience in relevant assignment(s) is mandatory.
• This is an immediate requirement.
