Details of the Job/Internship
PayAssured is hiring a Legal Advisor (Fresher with up to 2 years of experience) to join their Bengaluru office and support the team in client advisory, ADR, and debt recovery processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Engage directly with business owners to understand their challenges and advise them on amicable and legal debt recovery strategies.
- Assist in drafting and issuing legal notices, demand letters, and related documentation.
- Support proceedings under MSME frameworks (e.g., MSME Samadhan) and facilitate arbitration, conciliation, and related procedures.
- Collaborate with the internal team to customise recovery strategies, balancing communication with legal escalation.
- Contribute to team discussions, share research insights, and take on evolving responsibilities.
Eligibility
- LL.B degree completed (or final year candidate) with strong academic credentials.
- 0–2 years of experience, preferably with exposure to MSME Act, arbitration, conciliation, or debt recovery processes.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), confidence, and a client-friendly personality.
- Quick learner with adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
