Programming.com is hiring a Legal Advisor with experience of 0 to 2 years to join their office in Mohali.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts.
- Perform thorough redlining of contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Review existing contracts and agreements to identify risks, legal implications, and opportunities for improvement.
- Draft new agreements and contracts based on company policies and legal guidelines.
- Provide timely and effective legal assistance to internal teams on contract interpretation, rights, obligations, and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Operations, to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments, regulations, and industry best practices relevant to contract management.
- Be a team player, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognized university.
- Registration with the Bar of Council of Punjab And Haryana is required.
- Strong proficiency in contract drafting, redlining, and contract management practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn things quickly and handle the tasks efficiently.
