Details of the Job/Internship

Programming.com is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Advisor with 2 year of experience to join them at their Mohali office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts.
• Perform thorough redlining of contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Review existing contracts and agreements to identify risks, legal implications, and opportunities for improvement.
• Draft new agreements and contracts based on company policies and legal guidelines.
• Provide timely and effective legal assistance to internal teams on contract interpretation, rights, obligations, and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance and Operations, to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments, regulations, and industry best practices relevant to contract management.
• Be a team player, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Eligibility

• Law degree from the recognized university.
• Registration with the Bar of Council of Puniab And Haryana is required.
• Strong proficiency in contract drafting, redlining, and contract management practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn things quickly and handle the tasks efficiently.

Salary/Stipend
