Details of the Job/Internship

Pushpganga Ventures is hiring for the position of Legal Advisor to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on matters related to construction, property development, and general corporate affairs.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents including contracts, agreements, MOUs, and compliance-related filings.
• Ensure adherence to applicable labor and employment laws, including employee contracts, workplace policies, and dispute resolution procedures.
• Identify potential legal risks and propose proactive solutions to mitigate liabilities.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings or liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant statutory and regulatory real estate and construction laws.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and national legal and regulatory changes that may affect company operations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); additional certifications or postgraduate qualifications in relevant areas will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in legal advisory, document preparation, and compliance management.
• Solid understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and real estate/construction law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is highly desirable.

Salary/Stipend
