Qolaris Data India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Advisor with around 3 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. The role involves providing legal guidance, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and managing legal documentation and processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on company matters including contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements such as vendor contracts, employment agreements, NDAs, and MoUs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage and coordinate with external legal counsel as required.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant laws and amendments.
- Handle company secretarial work and maintain proper documentation for statutory filings.
- Support dispute resolution, notices, and litigation-related activities.
- Assist management in identifying potential legal risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Keep the organization updated on legal and regulatory developments.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- 3 years of relevant experience as a Legal Advisor or in a corporate legal role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and employment laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
- Experience in IT, consulting, or service-based industries preferred.
