Details of the Job/Internship
QuickSun Technologies Private Limited is hiring for the position of Legal Advisor to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Offer legal expertise on regulatory compliance, financial laws, and matters related to the fintech sector.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents including commercial contracts, partnership agreements, and licensing deals.
- Monitor and manage ongoing legal recovery cases and court proceedings.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and maintain communication with regulatory authorities.
- Provide legal insights on cybersecurity and data protection issues.
- Support corporate legal activities such as governance, fundraising, and mergers & acquisitions.
- Design and implement internal legal policies, and deliver training programs to enhance legal awareness and compliance across the organization.
