Details of the Job/Internship

Ramboll is hiring a Legal Advisor with experience of 6–9 years to join their office in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and redline consultancy contracts and other legal documents, identifying potential risks for project teams.
• Draft, modify, and review contractual instruments to support various business transactions.
• Negotiate documentation for business transactions and develop checklists to ensure timely information submission.
• Provide legal interpretation and conduct training sessions to communicate legal requirements to staff.
• Adhere to internal policies and governance, providing expert guidance to various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the GLO team to deliver high-quality, pragmatic responses aligned with corporate governance.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Tender Managers and Company Directors.

Eligibility

• LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• 6–9 years of relevant experience, with at least 6 years of core experience in contracts.
• Prior in-house experience within a consultancy or engineering company (Construction, Environmental, or Infrastructure).
• Proven expertise in drafting and redlining international contracts with strong commercial acumen.
• Working knowledge of Professional Indemnity, Workmen's Compensation, and Third-Party Liability insurance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Contract Management tools, and CRM software.
• Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills to work effectively across diverse cultures.
