Details of the Job/Internship
RDS Digital is hiring a Legal Advisor with experience of 4–5 years to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves drafting and reviewing property-related legal documents, coordinating with the CRM team for timely documentation, and responding to customer queries related to property matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize real estate legal documents, including Agreement of Sale, Sale Deed, Memorandum of Understanding, Conveyance Deeds, and other property-related agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable property laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with the CRM team to process property documentation requests.
- Provide timely legal responses and clarifications to customer queries received from the CRM team.
- Prepare and deliver legal documents within required timelines.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of executed deeds and agreements.
- Assist in property registration processes and ensure legal compliance.
- Review property documents and support verification of legal and title documents when required.
Eligibility
- LL.B. is mandatory.
- Must be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
- Strong knowledge of real estate and property laws.
- Excellent legal drafting and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple documentation requests within deadlines.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Must be able to read and write Kannada.
- Experience working with real estate developers or property development companies is preferred.
- Familiarity with property registration procedures and documentation is preferred.
