Sheopal's is hiring a Legal Advisor to join their office in Delhi. The role involves advising on legal issues and risks, handling contractual matters, supporting labour and employment law processes, managing confidential information, and contributing to legal strategies that support business growth.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on a variety of legal issues and legal risks.
• Draft, review, edit, interpret, and advise on contracts and legal documents.
• Maintain discretion while handling confidential company matters.
• Oversee contractual obligations of the company.
• Research and report on unique legal issues affecting the organisation.
• Stay updated on legislative changes impacting the company.
• Provide legal input into financial planning and reporting processes.
• Advise on labour law and employee-related matters.
• Assist in preparing disciplinary hearing documentation.
• Conduct investigations and prepare witnesses for disciplinary hearings.
• Handle complex matters involving multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain professional communication through meetings and participation.
• Document and maintain legal files and issues.
• Develop legal strategies supporting organisational growth.

Eligibility

• Experience in law and labour and employment law.
• Good knowledge of IPR matters, including copyrights and trademark filing.
• Legal document preparation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.

Salary/Stipend
