Shree Shyam Designs (SSD) is in search of a Legal Advisor for their Bengaluru location. As a Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support to the company. This role involves handling legal matters, ensuring compliance with regulations, and advising on various legal issues related to the company's operations. Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal analysis and researching on legal matters.
• Providing advice on legal matters.
• Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.
• Reviewing legal material.
• Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.
• Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.
• Drafting Policies and Procedures.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in law.
• Experience in the Corporate law field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
