Shree Shyam Designs (SSD) is seeking a Legal Advisor for their Bengaluru location. The role involves providing legal counsel and support to the company on various matters, including contract review, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in commercial law and excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel. Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal analysis and researching on legal matters.
• Providing advice on legal matters.
• Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.
• Reviewing legal material.
• Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.
• Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.
• Drafting Policies and Procedures.
