Details of the Job/Internship
Square Group is hiring a Legal Advisor / In-House Lawyer with 3–7 years of experience in real estate law to join their team in Jammu.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and vet property agreements, sale deeds, lease contracts, and builder-buyer agreements.
- Manage documentation related to land acquisition and ensure RERA and legal compliance.
- Handle legal notices and property disputes, coordinating with external legal counsel as needed.
- Maintain legal records and conduct title due diligence.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings when required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); Master’s degree preferred.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in real estate or property law.
- Proficient knowledge of land laws, RERA, and property registration in Jammu & Kashmir.
- Strong drafting, legal research, and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with strong ethical standards.
